CommissionMonster has decided to no longer provide a transaction enquiry process, to quote CM:

"We've recently under taken a review across the network to understand the level of lost transactions that we're now currently following up for loyalty/rewards/cash back sites. We've noticed the number on average has significantly dropped. Therefore we've taken a decision as a network that the viability of allocating resources to follow up ad hoc sales is no longer viable. "

I think this is a wrong decision, enquiry processing is a valuable service for reward and cashback sites and unilaterally deciding to stop supporting this does a disservice to many affiliates. Rewards and cashback sites are only going to get bigger in Australia and CM have alienated themselves from this market segment almost immediately.

I hope the other networks in Australia use this as an opportunity to take affiliates away from CM and to a network that actively supports transaction enquiries.

I agree with your comments. Especially given the run their own Rewards site - www.rewardspalace.com.au so they obviosuly see value in these kinds of sites.
